The Gogo C1 will have similar performance as a legacy ATG system today, with no performance boost due to the LTE network transition.

The Gogo C1 will continue to operate on the 850MHz Licensed Network after the transition to LTE when legacy ATG systems will stop working.

The Gogo C1 service plans will be the same as your legacy ATG system. All legacy ATG service plans will be subject to an increase in early 2026. Securing your C1 installation prior to the increase will allow you to maintain your current service plan without an increase.

The installation incentive rebate = $35,000.

Legacy ATG (ATG 1000, 2000, 4000, 5000) customers are eligible for a $35,000 installation incentive rebate when they install and activate a Gogo C1 and return their legacy ATG unit to Gogo.

1. You or your installing dealer must complete the promo request form available online.
2. Once we receive the form, Gogo Sales Operations or a Regional Sales Manager will reach out to confirm your promotion eligibility. 
3. Install and activate the Gogo C1 and return the legacy ATG LRU to Gogo using the RMA labels provided.
4. You will be issued a rebate following installation, activation and return of the Classic ATG system. Your rebate will arrive approximately 4-8 weeks after the equipment is received in our system.

When a rebate is due, our accounting team will pay out the rebate based on the information provided in your promo registration form. The payment will then be processed via check. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing after you’ve met all the qualifications detailed above. If Accounting is unable to process the rebate payment via check, the amount will be credited to the monthly service account for the aircraft that completed the upgrade.

Gogo C1 is a form-fit replacement* for legacy ATG systems and has been designed to minimize the time required to replace it. In most cases it will take just a few hours to complete.

*Not every legacy ATG installation is the same and there may be minimal re-pinning required. Please have your Dealer or maintenance personnel consult our Installation Manual.
